“Great job. Bruce Kimler showed up on time. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He took care of all issues promptly. Thank you for a job well done.”
“Very friendly, kept us informed on all decisions and work being done. Punctual and efficient.”
“HORRIBLE!! I hate that I used your service! Overpriced, left my house a mess! And didn’t explain thoroughly that you don’t repair my walls or ceilings that you had to tear down to put in my y plumbing. For the price ($8000) that should’ve been included and you went much longer than you originally stated. I will NEVER recommend this service!”

“The "Book Now" section on the website and the scheduler I exchanged emails with conveniently failed to mention that Mike Williams charges $99 for a service quote. Pretty clever scam! But I'll be going with a plumbing company that actually tells you upfront what you're paying for.”

“Mike Williams plumber came to my house to provide an estimate to snake a drain. Quoted me an outrageous price with a tiered range that went up to well over $1500. I immediately declined and then they charged me $99 for the trip fee. Ridiculous pricing and no free estimates - should put that on your webpage. I've started posting it for you elsewhere on other plumbing service review sites so people know more about your services but you should make it public too. I called another plumber and had it done same day and for nearly half your lowest quote. No tiered pricing, not trip fee, no up-sell tactics, etc.”

“I needed a winter furnace tune up. I called Mike Williams Plumbing and heating. Bruce came out the next day! He was friendly , thorough and knowledgeable. I will call them for my spring A/C check up. Nice job Bruce! Thank you. Mike C”
“Furnace was not working called Williams, they came out a few hours later. Told $99 on phone for tech to look at it and give me a price to repair, I agreed to it.
Tech gets there and has furnace running within 15 mins, he found water in a pressure sensor. After it is running he says this is where he has to stop and I would have to pay $295 to get a definite diagnosis of problem and cost. I explained to him what was told on phone, which was $99 and he would tell me what was wrong and price to fix. He said the phone ppl have made this same mistake in past and do not tell anyone about the $295 diagnosis fee. I said I did not want to proceed all while he tried to get me to join a maintenance program they offer.
He left I called another HVAC company who came out for $75 they found the same issue and stated what they thought was causing it. I paid $75 and the parts and now it is up and running again. It took 2nd tech less than 15 mins to diagnose and what he suspected caused it. Sure enough that is what it was.
Be careful using Williams there prices are higher which you find after they get there and do not mistake $99 for a fee to diagnose it, it is actually a dispatch fee.
I will never use this company again. Read other reviews here and see if others have had the same issue. Although bad experience it was not the techs fault it is a lack of communication . I could of saved spending an extra $99 dollars”

“I am NOT satisfied with the service I've received. They showed up unannounced Friday morning. I was told they were supposed call but didn't. They couldn't find anything wrong with my furnace, but charged me $79 for the service call. When we got home Friday night, the air wouldn't turn on. I called back to find out what was going on. No-one called me back. The nest morning, again no-one called me. I called again. Sara on the phone said she could get someone out but it would cost me $195 to get someone here on the weekend. I told her I shouldn't have to pay, they made it stop running. All of a sudden no-one is available to come to the house. It's obvious they did something so it wouldn't turn on, then forgot to undo it. I've checked everything I know, which isn't much. However, they won't get here now till Monday. No matter how much I argue, Sara was unwilling to help. She was rude and eventually hung up on me. This is a rip off. I'm going to explain this story to everyone that will listen. Don't call Mike Williams. They simply pressure you to join their "club", and if you're not in the club, you get ripped off. This is outrageous. Every review I can leave, I will, everywhere I can. I'm calling the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General's office. They showed up, did something for my furnace not to run, now won't come and fix it unless I pay. I'm not giving this up until I get an apology and they pay for any costs incurred getting someone here to fix my air conditioner.”
