“5 stars because they are all deserved. They came out and evaluated the problems with our heating and air conditioning unit exactly when they said they would. The sales representative kept his appointment on time and he had all the possible ways of going about the required replacement well laid out. It was easy to follow and easy to make a good choice between possible systems. The installation crew showed up exactly on time (around 815 am) on the date agreed upon and finished the job before 230 pm as predicted. They were very friendly, very respectful of the property, and very professional. They also made helpful recommendations regarding how to operate and maintain the system. They made a few improvements in our gas supply line to the new furnace and in the drain for water condensation as well as installing an emergency cutoff switch. Finally, the price quoted for the work was exactly the price we paid (there were no unexpected problem or difficulties that might trigger additional fees). We would recommend Mike Williams to anyone.
