Having routine maintenance done on your unit keeps the manufacturer’s warranty valid, as well as increasing the efficiency and life span of the unit. Think of it as changing the oil on your car, you should still do this with new systems to make sure it is always working the best it can for your comfort!

Every 6 months we are sending our customers 2.5% of what you spent with us to be used towards any new work you may need. If you book a call with us and get repair work done, you can use the amount on the check just like cash towards our services. If you are a member with us, that rebate amount doubles to 5%!

This is a common question that comes up from homeowners. A flapper not sealing properly, or closing can cause this issue. Normally, you can jiggle the handle of the toilet and it will correct itself. However, if it is worn out and no longer holding a seal, you will need to have it replaced. If this goes on long enough, it can cause a spike in your water bill costs.

Drain cleaners are very toxic. If you have kids or pets be especially aware of the warning labels on the packaging. Some of these chemicals can be damaging to pipes as well, causing them to break down from the inside out. If this happens your drain lines will need to be replaced. There are enzymes and friendly bacteria products that will keep grease and sludge from building up inside of your pipes that you can use instead. If you have a recurring clog in your drain, it is best to call a plumber to see what the deeper root cause of this is to avoid further issues.

Our members always get discounted pricing on all of our services! We also offer military and senior discounts as well.

We recommend that you change your filters every 4 months. If you have allergies or pets in the home, you can change more frequently to improve the quality of the air in your home.

In order to keep the blades sharp, you shouldn’t not put hard items such as: egg shells, coffee grounds, chicken bones, or pasta. Also, surprisingly, celery strings can wrap around the blades and cause them to jam up so avoid that as well! It is always a good idea to run water while you are using your disposal to break up soft food items.

Due to an EPA mandate, the manufacturer of equipment and products using refrigerant R-22 ceased in the year 2010. The production of new R-22 refrigerant ended in 2020. Supplies of R-22 will become scarce, and its cost will skyrocket. It will become cheaper to replace older systems than it will be to continue to refill refrigerant levels each season.
