"Please PLEASE do NOT do business with this company!!! I was disgustingly price gouged by them and taken advantage of, then talked down to by their reps. On 12/29, my furnace (that I had bought from them 3 years prior) stopped working on one of the coldest nights of the year. It was about 11pm so I called and asked what I needed to do since I assumed I was still under warranty with them. The girl on the phone confirmed that my furnace had a 5 year warranty but that since it was after 10pm, I’d have to pay a $350 service call fee. I could not afford that so I asked what my options were. She told me if I waited until after 8am the next day (Saturday) that I wouldn’t have to pay more than $50. So I waited and called and was told I’d have to pay $149 for a visit. I agreed since the temp in my house was quickly dropping and I needed the fix. The tech (Bill)came out and was incredibly kind and professional. He then told me I was under warranty and that I’d have to pay the $149 service fee. Then he pointed to a larger number for “pressure switch and off stock part” written higher up the page of $595 saying that it was still under warranty so the number wasn’t as high as it could’ve been and that it was just high for the service fee because of the weekend. Since I had seen online it was a $24 part, that seemed strange. It was also strange that it was an “off-stock” part because he called the warehouse that’s in Jacksonville to get one (even though he didn’t even go out to his truck to check), who told him they didn’t have one, so he said he’d get one off his truck, which he did. But, since it said “$149” in the total at the bottom and the way he explained it made it seem as if the $595 wasn’t included because of my warranty, I signed. After the work was completed, he asked for my credit card for payment and I told him I’d already given it over the phone for the service fee. He then told me that I owed the additional fee. I asked what that was and he added the $595 to the $149 and wrote the $749.95 at the bottom of the page I had already signed. I asked what that exactly was for and he said he didn’t know, it was just the price in the book. I told him that was outrageous and asked for a breakdown. He told me I’d have to call the office to find out. I thought that was insane but he left. I called the office and spoke with a very rude rep who I first asked if my 20% off from having their service agreement could be applied since I didn’t see it on the form. She said it already had been. I told her that part of the form was blank and asked how she could know that if I hadn’t even explained my charges to her if I was still under warranty. She said to me “well that’s because you had a 1 year warranty”. I asked why both the previous customer service rep and the tech told me that I had my warranty. She became very rude and combative with me and copped a huge attitude. I then asked if she could explain the charges and she told me she could not because they come from a book. I told her the tech wasn’t able to explain and instructed me to contact them. She said that she had no idea why because he should know. Basically, she argued with every single thing I said so I told her I was ending the call. I then contacted several other local places about the same repair I had and was quoted $85-$150, and nowhere near $750!!!! I am disgusted by the obvious price gouging and how I was taken advantage of because I was in a desperate situation. I would’ve never ever called them if I had known my warranty had expired, but I was lied to by the first customer service rep I spoke to and the tech doing the work. I will never ever give my service to this company and will warn all of my friends. Do yourself a favor and do not make the same mistake I did."

"I had a sewer drain clog problem and they fixed it at no expense to me. To me this was a nightmare at Christmas time no less! I was extremely grateful. His respresentive Cameron S. spent over 5 hours at my place and fixedthe problem. I would recommend Mike Williams to anyone. Again I am so grateful to them! Thank you again Wauline Quick"

"I scheduled routine maintenance on our heating system. I rarely have a day off during the week so I scheduled an appointment for one particular day that I did have off. I waited around all day to find out that they were too busy to keep my appointment. So even though I had an appointment, they couldn't keep their end of the bargain and actually come out after I waited around at home all day for them to come. Very disappointed in this customer service!"
