A safety inspection will ensure your equipment is operating at peak efficiency and not leaking dangerous carbon monoxide into your home. You should perform preventative maintenance at least once a year on your equipment to save money by maximizing efficiency and minimizing costly breakdowns.

WE OFFER SAFETY INSPECTIONS ON THE FOLLOWING EQUIPMENT:

AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS – We recommend having a safety inspection performed on your air conditioning system before the summer season. Please see the 21 point inspection list below for what is included with our air conditioning safety inspection.
FURNACES – We recommend having a safety inspection performed on your furnace before the winter season. Please see the 21 point inspection list below for what is included with our furnace safety inspection.
PLUMBING SYSTEMS – We recommend having a safety inspection performed on your plumbing system before the winter season as pipes can freeze and burst.
A plumbing safety inspection includes:
• Check faucets, toilets and other appliances for proper operation.
• Check all piping for corrosion and level/flow for drainage.
• Check sump pump and cycle system 3 times.
• Check proper operation of battery backup sump pump.
• Check sewage ejector and cycle system 3 times.
• Check valves are sealing and quiet.
WATER HEATERS – We recommend having a safety inspection performed on your water heater once a year.
A water heater safety inspection includes:
• Inspect the tank for accumulated sediment.
• Check the condition of the anode rod.
• Check for proper flame and gas venting (gas models).
• Check the condition of the heating element (electric models).
• Check the pressure relief valve’s operation.
• Check the thermostat.
