2. The file “Application” must be completely filled out.

3. The file “Background Information Release” must be completely filled out.

5. You will need to make a copy of your valid drivers license and any other trade licenses (ie plumbing or HVAC).

6. Return the filled out Application, Background Information Release form, and copies of your licenses to our office.

We will keep your information for a minimum of 12 months. When a position becomes available that matches your qualifications, we will schedule a 1st interview, a criminal background check, and then a 2nd interview. If you are the candidate selected for the position, we will then send you to MOHA for pre-employment drug-screening and physical.
