Upon booking an appointment with Mike Williams our Dispatcher will call you 15-45 minutes before our technician arrives at your home. At which time you will be told the technicians name.

We are unable to guarantee a set time that we will arrive due to the fact that some customers request additional work once we arrive, and we guarantee 100% Customer Satisfaction. It is our pledge to you that if we are for any reason unable to arrive in the specified time frame, we will call you 30 minutes prior to the time frame expiring to inform you of this.
