Upon arrival to your home:

1st: We will start with the initial diagnosis of the issue you called about.

2nd: We will then perform our Free Safety & Health inspection of your Plumbing, Heating, and / or A/C systems. Most of our customers find this short consultation saves them both time and money later.

3rd: We will then propose at least 3 options for the issue you called us out for.

4th: After you decide which option you would like done, we will begin the work. We never do any work until you agree to it! This is part of our "No Surprises" Guarantee.

5th: After we complete the work we accept cash, check, or credit card.
