How the Priority Maintenance Club Works

The Priority Maintenance Club is a private membership, not a one-time service contract. That distinction matters. You’re not buying a single visit; you’re establishing an ongoing relationship that gives you set pricing, scheduled inspections, and first-in-line access when something goes wrong.

The membership is also built to move with you. If you relocate within our service area, you can transfer the club membership to your new home. Selling your current home? The membership transfers to the new owner, so coverage you’ve earned doesn’t go to waste.

What Happens During an HVAC Maintenance Visit
